Important Note: To maintain fairness and efficiency in the seeding process, we encourage teams to host divisions outside their own age category. For example, U12 teams are encouraged to host U14 or U16/U18 tournaments, and vice versa. Hosts will be announced prior to the completion of the seeding process.

By completing this form hosts agree to:
- Host the age category they select, regardless of team placement.
- Have their contact information name/email address posted online as tournament contact.
- Meet the minimum hosting standards outlined on the hosting package
If multiple teams/clubs are interested in the same age group and division, hosts will be allocated based on timestamps (time at which application is submitted) and the requirements/standards to host events (ie. safety, 3pt line, two venues/courts, accommodations, etc.). Although a club/association might be first to apply, if that club/association does not meet the requirements, BNS has the authority to allocate the tournament to another club/association that does meet the requirements. There will also be consideration taken into account regarding the number of metro hosts vs. the number of rural hosts to ensure equity across the province.
