Complete one form per age category/division you want to host. Please note there is a new hosting requirement for the 2025 Provincial Club Championships (PCC). If a team is hosting a PCC tournament, said team can only host an age category different from the one they are competing in. In hopes to secure and announce hosts in a timely manner, you cannot host your division/age category. Hosts will be announced before the seeding process is complete.
By completing this form hosts agree to:
- Host the age category they select, regardless of team placement.
- Have their contact information name/email address posted online as tournament contact.
- Meet the minimum hosting standards outlined on the hosting package
If multiple teams/clubs are interested in the same age group and division, hosts will be allocated based on timestamps (time at which application is submitted) and the requirements/standards to host events (ie. safety, 3pt line, two venues/courts, accommodations, etc.). Although a club/association might be first to apply, if that club/association does not meet the requirements, BNS has the authority to allocate the tournament to another club/association that does meet the requirements. There will also be consideration taken into account regarding the number of metro hosts vs. the number of rural hosts to ensure equity across the province.
